At Pilates by Paige, I aim to provide a high-quality sessions for all clients of all abilities. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
Cancellations by Client

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled but are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled (unless there are extenuating circumstances).
How Refunds Are Processed

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Introductory Offers

Introductory offers (including 2-for-1 promotions) are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services, and can only be used once per customer.
